Miss Piyatida Srimanee is studying fourth year in Animal Production Innovation and Management Division, FNR. This semester she spends in Pingtung County, Taiwan at NPUST. We (International Affairs Office, FNR) talk to her to feel the pulse of what life is like as an exchange student in Taiwan.
I participated in the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program 2024 in Taiwan, and it was an unforgettable and transformative experience. This program not only gave me a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s culture and education but also provided a valuable platform to connect with distinguished professors and international peers.
Throughout the program, I participated in inspiring lectures, laboratory sessions, and farm work that deepened my knowledge of animal science, my field of study. Collaborating with friends from different countries broadened my global perspective, enhanced my adaptability, and fostered lifelong friendships.
The experience I gained from this program strengthened my commitment to applying my knowledge in international collaboration. Overall, it was an incredible journey that fostered both personal and professional growth. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate in this program.
A reminder that you can achieve what you want—though it may take patience and struggles over time, the results will be worth it!
