Corrections to an already submitted abstract can only be made up to the announced submission deadline.
Notification of abstract receipt
The author will receive email confirmation that the abstract has been received, indicating the abstract number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
If you do not receive the confirmation that your abstract has been received, please contact to the ICSAA Admin (email@example.com).
Submitted abstracts will be review by the Abstract Review Committee to determine which abstract may be accepted.
Notifications regarding status of submitted abstract will be sent to the submitting author’s registered e-mail address once the review process is complete.
The authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract by October 26, 2020 for the abstract only submission and for the full paper submission.
The Committee will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to authors’ preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
For accepted abstracts:
An author is expected to attend the conference and make the presentation. Presenting author should register as soon as possible after receiving the notification of acceptance to secure the presentation on the conference program.
Presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
