Dr. Chaichana Suriya and two students from the Animal Production Innovation and Management Program, Ms. Chanatnate Thipayachan, a second-year student, and Mr. Sermsak Klayklee, a third-year student, represented the Faculty of Natural Resources, Prince of Songkla University, in the Summer Course 2026 under the theme:
“New Horizons in Interdisciplinary Tropical Animal Production through Smart Precision Farming for Sustainability, Climate Resilience, and Global Partnership”The program was conducted online from 28 July to 1 August 2026, followed by an Excursion Trip at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia, from 3–7 August 2026.
The program provided students with valuable opportunities to explore emerging concepts and technologies in tropical animal production, with a particular focus on Smart Precision Farming for sustainable production and climate resilience. It also served as an important platform for international knowledge exchange, academic networking, and collaboration among students and academics from different countries.
